About Woman to Woman Massage Therapy

There are many changes (physiological, mental and emotional) that occur during pregnancy and after delivery. Massage is beneficial for managing many of these new changes. With extensive training in pre and post birth massage I can create a plan that allows not only you, but your family to feel the positive effects of massage therapy.

Reconstruction or flat closure.

Mastectomy, lumpectomy, expanders, DIEP flap and more. I work with your body in all stages of healing to reduce scar tissue, swelling, pain and complications. We will build trust so you can feel comfortable in your new shape.

I use a wide variety of techniques, tailored to each individual, to decrease pain and increase range of motion. Sciatic pain, TMJ and chronic headaches are only a few examples of the specific conditions that can be addressed in therapeutic massage treatments. 

A massage treatment to reduce bruising, swelling,  possible complications and create discreet scars. This includes breast augmentation, reductions, lifts that are not related to cancer but may be either elective or medically indicated. 

Hot Stone Massage is paired with Swedish (or relaxation) Massage. Basalt stones are heated and used with oils to sooth, warm, and massage your muscles. This allows your body to relax and release tension and stress. 

Option to add cold stones and aromatherapy is also available.

From the Japanese words "Rei" (universal life) and "Ki" (energy). When our energy becomes weak or blocked it can create physical, emotional, mental or spiritual imbalance. This healing treatment can help ease tension and stress and support the body to facilitate an environment for healing on all levels.

Indulge in a luxurious massage for your neck, face and scalp. This treatment blends lymphatic drainage, traditional Indian techniques and a few gentle tools to achieve ultimate relaxation. Add essential oils for a hydrating hair and scalp mask.

An ultra-light touch designed to relax both body and mind. Hair brushing, fingertip tracing and sensory tools are used to create a tingling sensation which calms the nervous system.

Relaxation blended with essential oils, acupressure points and reflexology techniques to facilitate and nudge along your body's natural preparation for birth.
